jilip8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilip8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. In the event of termination for cause, jilip8 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
You may close your jilip8 account at any time by contacting jilip8 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. When material changes are made, jilip8 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, jilip8 may provide additional notice via email to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the jilip8 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
